The only place I can suggest is that if an undercarriuge supplier such as Berco ITR, etc, has data available.
The only info readily available from Cat is wear measurement info (rail thickness in other words) and that's not what you are looking for.

The wear info would be handy. Is it easily accessible?
I thought of a Berco drawing,but wondered if they are an exact replica of the Cat link/chain.
I will look into it .
