Is it still under emissions warranty?

Me, if out of warranty.....I would test DEF (refractometer), followed by seeing if DEF nozzle was crystallized on its face.

Most likely bad def fluid. Text with refractometer and check. Could also be failing deff sensor.

Turns out the machine was just low of def. Gauge read 1/3+ in the tank. You just have to have it full I guess.
