D37px-21 blade won't stay in float

Howdy, I recently bought a d37px-21 and I'm having an issue with the blade float. If I push the handle all the way forward and hold it, the blade will float. Once I let go, the handle "pops" out of float mode and pushes the blade down, lifting the machine up. Does this behavior indicate an issue with the PPC valve, or in the main hydraulic control valve?
