Hy gents,
Having problems with our D5H, at TXM level.
Machine came from auction, had several problems and many tweeks and turns, wich i almost fix all.
Engine is very good for the Age and usage condition, hour metter stoped @ 12k. Machine overcondition confirms. Nevertheless we´ve been experiencing TXM problems.
When machine gets hot, after 2/3 hours working it exibits problems engaging gears, and acts funny. sometimes does not want to engage whithout being rev up. When cold it shifts well and shutles well. Brakes well and turns well. even when hot and starts to having engaging problems it brakes and steers well.
We´ve been doing some corrections on the machine, last was some hydraulic lines on the GB system were out of place and some tubing was connected wrong , the TXM pump intake pipe was bent and it was a silicone hose, we got the impression it was colapsing when hot.
We found the debris on the TXM sreen that u can see on the pictures, our question is what u guys think is this too much debris or its a common sight in a machine this old.
After this corrections we´ve done, we havent test the machine untill really hot. But we´ve noticed some pressure decrease operating the steer clutches, the gauge hooked on P1 port.
Can someone help us with the procedure for testing leakeage at Clutch and brake system?
Thanks for your imput.
