Hey all, ive got an old Komatsu D65E-6 with the NH220 in it. when i got it had fuel in the oil, float tank was bypassed. solved that problem. ran good but was getting low on oil pressure. Ran it long enough til it had enough crank pressure to blow the oil fill cap off and blow oil out. Decided to tear it apart and see how bad it was to rebuild. Turns out oil pan pickup screen was plugged full of **** and gunk, so easy find to my oil pressure problem. Inside still looks pretty good but liners are "wavy", gonna say from sitting with rust then ran and who knows how long fuel was washing down the walls. My question is have no clue on the NH220 injectors, seem simple enough but i just wanna make sure. I pulled them all and there is varying amounts of oil in-between the sleeves and injector housings. Is that normal? Should they be sealed tight? Isnt anything sealing between the injector hosuing and sleeve. The needles look clean and straight, first thought is no problems but anything i should check or just go ahead and replace? Caps? Would also be cool if someone had book for setting overheads and torque settings for heads, rods, etc
