Diesel Fuel storage guidelines

Does anyone have a copy of a simple one-page set of guidelines regarding on-site/farm fuel storage and good practise. I need it for the inclusion in to some training.

What I have in mind is like the top of the page a 3D drawing of the tank and below the bullet-points such as tank sloping bankwards, drain tap etc.

Instead of making one up I just wondered if anyone had something that would typically be seen in an Ops manual or a bulletin
