Well, their address shows a large house on an acre or two. No signs of a truck sales operation. Might be a scam, or just some broker selling out of his house, with no real inventory on hand.

They have a legit business license in Canada, I checked this morning. Was just hoping someone knew and or was close enough to check it out.

So, why does their address show a house on a large lot, with no equipment inventory?

A business can have multiple addresses and without a website, the search engines can find all sorts of odd matches. One address is the physical location like where the shop is located so folks know where to go to engage with the business. Another address is the mailing address where bills, etc. can be sent. For a lot of small businesses, the mailing address is a home address. Other addresses include the registered address on government filing documents which may be the address when the business was first registered but has since moved. A lot of public search engines can see the registered address so it's always good to verify which address is being used.

Here's the funny thing: I just googled my own business and it came up as my old home address where we haven't lived in 3 years. Google found the address on an old "Contact Us" page on our website that we had de-linked but it was still live.

Fixing it today...

Point is, when you google yourself, you can see how everyone is seeing you.
