Does the Telsta A28D bucket trim/stow Self level?

I'm not sure which category to post this in.
I have an old A28D Telsta bucket truck. Recently had the stow/tilt cylinder rebuilt. It does not self level.
When the cylinder was leaking it naturally had it's own range of self leveling. But now I have to relevel
in increments as I go up or down. it does not self level.

Is there an adjustment I can make to make it self leveling?
