Here are some pictures of an International 4300 from when my grandpa first started out. It had an end dump trailer on it full of concrete chunks. It hit a car and the trailer turned over.
In defence of "Bone heads" everyone had to start somewhere, we have some excellent truckies and some not so good, truckies with promise that are keen to work get oppurtunities on other gear, same as our Digger/loader/shovel ops, they get put on trucks every now and then to bring them back to earth.
