EC210B LC intake heater issues

Hello,
Working on a volvo ec210b lc excavator, originally found the intake heater relay and fuse were melted and relay contacts were soldered together, replaced intake heater, relay and fuse with new and few months later it has happened again, replaced relay and fuse a second time and replaced battery cables for the heater, machine will not start in the cold now(canada about -20cel) but have noticed the heater is not staying on past the initial light up on the dash, wondering if someone could provide me with a wiring diagram for the intake heater circuits, thinking i could have an intake temperature sensor issue?

Not uncommon this side of the pond can be resolved by an update of the ECU or you can convert to manual operation reverse turn of the key.

Is the green wire hooked up with the hot cable? That's important.
