We rent scissor lifts, MEWPs, and excavators in the Texas area - usually through UR or Sunbelt. In the past I've always picked up the phone to speak to our main contact. Now I'm wondering about using the online portals/apps.

Has anyone else used them? Looking for any advice on what to look out for and who to work with? Hoping I can score a cheaper deal by going online!
