GIRIER-DUFOURNIER Corporation are principal providers of Collateral Transfer Facilities such as the leasing of Bank Guarantees and Standby Letter of Credits.
The Leasing of Bank Guarantees has a growing demand and provides corporations an easy and effective way of raising large capital requirements in a relatively short time. Due to the principles of Collateral Transfer arrangements, underwriting is a short and swift process.
We are able to offer Bank Guarantees underpinned by our own collateral management facilities. As such we act as Principal and do not deal through brokers or intermediaries unless they are strictly appointed by us.
This provides our clients with the most efficient and cost effective solutions available in today’s market place.
Primarily, our interests lay in providing Bank Guarantees (or SBLCs) to selective clients wishing to secure credit lines, monetize for project finance or enter trade positions.
Collaterals (Bank Guarantees) are issued with terms of between 90 days and 36 months, depending on the individual client requirements.
Minimum transaction amounts of $1 million apply with increments of $10 million up to a maximum of $100 million per contract. Larger amounts are available by multiple contracts.
We are able to offer facilities denominated in dollars, Euro, Swiss Franc and British Sterling currencies only.
