Good thing you are not here in the USA, that would be multiple safety violations on a work site! On hard hat or steel toe boots! Bet he has not had his 8 hour safety refresher course either!

Many safety violations...

No hard hat,
No high visibility clothing
No safety footwear
No current induction.
No seat belt
Riding on an unapproved device.

Might as well go straight to jail now... :D

Its a wonder wildlife management hasn't shut the job down to keep from destroying the natural habitat.
