Genie Z45/25 Slow Table Rotation

I just purchased a used 2008 Genie Z45/25 Dual Fuel unit and the rotation is slow. All other functions seem normal. From the ground controls the rotation CCW is ok the CW rotation is very very slow. From the basket joystick the rotation a little faster then the ground controls however the speed is the same in both directions. when you push the joystick to the left or right it takes 5 seconds before it moves, from the gound about 2 seconds delay. Any suggestions or thoughts?
Also, how do i locate a service manual? Cant seem to find older manuals on the Genie website

Thank you

Without knowing the specifics of your machines components, slow operation at platform joystick is likely either joystick is faulty or joystick needs adjusting. The manual will walk you through the steps for adjusting. As for the ground controls, many of the older Z45 machines have a resistor in the circuit that drops the voltage for the rotation toggle switch. The reason is a full 12V on that circuit would make the rotate radical, the resistor dropping the voltage makes operation with a toggle switch more manageable. However, excessive voltage drop in the wiring can cause that fixed resistor to drop the voltage too much and make it really slow operating from ground controls. We have a Z45/25 that has that problem. My solution was to install a 10K ohm rheostat feeding power to the rotate toggle instead of the fixed 10K ohm resistor, that way I can dial in the speed for it to operate.
