Anybody know where the wire that goes up into the joystick disconnects. I am trying to disassemble the joy stick to replace the seals but can’t find a disconnect for the wire. Do I need to pull the top handle off to see the disconnect?

I assume you are talking about the wires going to the horn switch in the left hand joystick.
IIRC, you remove the bottom cover #4 in the screenshot to access the disconnect.
