Hitachi ZX130W-3 not able to but in low speed

Hello, I have an excavator Hitachi ZX130W-3 and I am not able to put it in low gear? What could be the reason? How can I test this? Are there any manuals available whre some explanation is given.

That's strange! It seems like the ZX130W-3 is a special edition for a particular market; I've never seen this model before!!! Furthermore, the repair manual doesn't mention the ZX130W-3 either!! Only the ZX130W-1 is listed, and for the "minus three" model, only the ZX140W-3 is available???? Could you please take some pictures of the screen, motor, and pump of the machine so I can see what it looks like?
