Some combine operators can't get their head around someone else in the process being more important than themselves.
Little known fact: The grain cart operator has the most important job on a harvest crew, and can be the difference between a zoo and a perfectly oiled machine. If they are paying attention, they should know when every combine is ready to dump, where every truck is at, and after the first round of trucks is complete, whether or not they have too many or not enough.
