How to freewheel Haulotte ha46 boom lift

Hello. I’m looking into buying a haulotte ha46 boom lift on Facebook. There are no photos of it but I believe it to be an early 2000’s model. Seller said it runs but the functions don’t work from the basket. Only ground. So it will not currently drive as there are only drive functions in the basket controls.

I had the seller send me a picture of one of the hubs so I can try figure out how to free wheel it to winch it on my trailer. It’s not the style I’m used to seeing (genie) where you take out the two bolts and flip the little cap to depress the pin.

perhaps you can remove the sun gears. I don't have a drawing but I would look at that angle.

Is that a plug in the middle of the hub that can be taken out with a allen socket, that would a have a pin behind it that can be pushed in or allowed to pop out an release the hub?
