In much the same way that ''The Beverly Hillbillys'', ''Green Acres'', and ''Petticoat Junction'' used to have some of the same characters even though they were completely different TV programs, some of the characters here are well known to viewers of the snowplowing and landscaping boards. LGF is one of those kind of characters. He might not have realized that there are members here that haven't ever visited those sites, and thus have no idea who he is.

Now that he's been introduced here though, do feel free to *start* talking about him. ;)


Payton does have a good point though--it seems like many new members leave a lot out of their profiles. Personally I'd like to know more than just the very basics about the folks we're sharing our ideas with here. It just seems more neighborly, I guess...
