Hyundai 160 slow swing/mistrack

I have a 2017 Hyundai 160 that we have been chasing problems with for the past 6 months. The current problem is mistrack or slow track on one side and slow swing, unless you swing and track at the same time then all functions are normal. Pilot pressure is correct, and pump output and psi have been checked and correct. We have checked and replaced all filters, and replaced all o rings and seals on power swivel as we were told a bypass here can cause this issue.
