I am geting a small amount of oil on the plate of the drum on the drive moter side but it is not coming out of the drive motor. It appears to be coming from a cover bolted in the center of the drum. Is there oil in this drum? I do see two 1/2" pipe plugs on the other side, check, fill pionts? Or is the oil leaking out of the vibe motor getting into the drum. Thanks for any info.

The oil in you drum should be gear oil, it is used to lube the eccentric bearings. There is a o-ring on the cover you are refering too, the bolts may also be letting oil leak out, as they are only sealed with locktight.
