Help with Dozer

Can someone help me out i have a 1800ft driveway to build need help with size that will work now what i am looking at is a 650j JD cheapest frt and rent or 1650 case lots more money and frt
will the 650j do the job just slower? dont care if takes 2 days with one and 4 days with other Going start thurs sorry about short time
