Jcb 4cx p204f9a code

Hi guys I have a 2017 jcb 4cx getting code p204f9a also says contact dealer .. def tank flashing empty but its full. Machine is in limp mode. Any help is greatly appreciated

Hello, I see this was posted about a month ago. I have a 3cx with the same code. Did you ever find a solution?

Yes I was the DEF head that needed replacing.. I ended up deleting the emissions anyhow.
