Have a jcb forklift guys running it said smoke started coming out of a plate with white looking vents in front of steering wheel somekind of circuit board one plug in in back but replaced two fuses that were burnt and that started smoking won't start anyone know the name of it please

White looking vents? That's your warning cluster that people stabbed out the lights.
I'd imagine you can run it without it plugged in. Now if the short traveled to the computer, you might have bigger issues. Check your fuses?
