JD 230 LC Swing Problem

JD 230 LC will swing about halfway, then stop. It will get stuck and you will have to work the swing control left and right several times to get it to swing back the other way. You can feel it trying to move when it gets stuck and it will eventually swing back. When it does swing, it doesn't swing like it should it kinda growls.

Did not make any loud sounds when this happened like a tooth breaking off the swing gear or anything.

swing break. check you pressure going to the swing break when trying to swing. when you start to swing it should release by putting pressure to it. if so then you cant test by putting a port a power and pressuring up the swing brake piston on the motor. to see if it leaks down. if it does then your seals are no good on the piston for the brake

Today, I swung it around at least 100 times. Did not stall at all.
