I recently bought a 1999 450AJ boom lift to do work on my house. After a couple of days use, the engine would not consistently raise speed when pressing the foot switch. Sometimes it took a couple of tries, but the engine would go to high speed.
Now when pressing the switch, the engine stays at idle, no matter how many times I retry it. The green foot switch light comes on, and all the functions work, but everything is just slow because the engine speed is slow.
Any suggestions as to what is wrong?
