Hey Guys,
I have a 1998 JLG 1930 Scissor lift Model 2033-E, serial number 0200038041, I disconnected the batteries and welded something on it and now I've got no movement from my controls. I have the computer red light flashing four times, short pause and four more times is how it looks to me. Any one have any clue? I have my basket in the air from where I last used power before disconnecting my batteries to weld on it. Thank you guys!
