My JLG T500J has a hydraulic leak. The leak appears to be at the junction of the Hydraulic Reservoir and Control Valve assembly.
What should I look for? Has anyone experienced a reservoir leak? Should I expect it to be as simple as replacing the o'ring or do the reservoirs develop a cracks?

K-Mo - I've heard the o-ring is typically the problem, but it should be pretty easy to determine. Just wipe the area down with some Dawn/water solution and get any residue washed away, then operate your Lift and see where the leak is.

By the way, I finally got the hydraulic hoses replaced on my T500J. So far it has been working like a champ.
