john deere 310 sg shuttle shift isssues

Bet if you get reverse to work you will have 12 V at the T17 Blue wire.

b-17 wire has 11.5 volts when in reverse and working in second gear. the rest of them is less then a volt

after talking to my local Deere dealership, they said they have replaced alot of the shifters on loaders and not backhoes but i guess i am starting it lol. thanks for the help. now just got to fork out the $700 for it. have a good day
