Hello, have a customer with a 328 Deere skid steer that has no start. Operator drove into a pile of rock to pick up and unit died and would not fire back up, all fuel line was replaced. No issues with fuel pressure and have exhaust smoke but Voltage drops down to 8.9 with new battery and starter. Could engine be under load?
