strange enough when i rev the rpm a little it sometime will go into forward gear, reverse is fast and responsive.
Since reverse is good all the time, I don't think the oil level is an issue, but has the oil level been checked (checked while running)?

I ended up putting back on the old tcl since the tractor seemed more responsive with it rather then the aftermarket one with the Russian writing on it.
This could be an issue. You never mentioned an aftermarket TCL.

In the monitor, when you shift to forward, does it now say forward? If it does, then pressure checks are in order.

Cut open the filter and have a look inside.

Hi, sooooooo.. i have had no luck, the voltage drop out is back and i called mercy and called United rentals mechanic ( they have a division that only does customer equipment for a flat $175 hr and since i am a existing customer for 20 years plus it made sense ) i had also dropped the skid plate cleaned everything replaced the filter exct.. So when he arrived i was happy, i believed i was in luck even though i cried uncle. BUT he could not find any ah ha! problems, only loose pieces behind the key switch, fixed the dash buzzer with a genie buzzer he had, wiggled wires and found some loose connections. at one point when he wiggled harnesses the tractor shut off, ( wonder if i have a loose ground somewhere) Cleared the codes , everything in the gear menu checked out and was operating fine .and for a half hour or so no problems driving around my place. RAD!!!! , NO i hop on it drive 300 feet to the dumpster and bingo its back... How deflating... Now he is stumped, searching the internet for possible solutions. Yes i told him about our journey here. Its only been a day, going to resume tomorrow and keep hunting until i can solve it, i really do not want it to go to the Deere dealer/ I appreciate any added points you may have for me. Thank you !!!

Hi, so you were correct, all the voltage checked out....Except for the voltage coming out of he lcd display.Only 2,5 volts was coming out of that unit which is hooked to ( my problem) 1150 $ for the part and some service calls from United Rentals customer equipment repair division and a grand total of $ 2800 solved the issue. I appreciate the help you provided. I just wasn't able to trace the short from the inside of the console which you pinpointed with your experience. Thank you again. What a great resource you and your friends provide.
