Hi everyone,

Would anybody know what kind production you can expect from a Deere 850 c size dozer? We are looking at doing a lagoon that will end up being about 16 ft in depth, how many yards per hour would a safe average estimate? We are working in clay no rock or sand.

Not sure how many yards per hour, but an 850C will move a lot of dirt quickly with a semi u blade and can easily do your project timely. I have a 750C and with a 10’ semi u blade full, it is approx 5 1/2 yards - I would not hesitate to do the job with it at all
