I have a 450D excavator that was working the other day and mid swing it was like someone lifted lockout lever and now there is almost no response from the controls. If you start the machine and put the lockout lever into run mode there is no response unless you hold the travel levers in reverse for about 15 seconds then the machine will track backwards. The pilot pressure is good going into the valve bank and there is oil in the machine. Any info would be appreciated!

First, how about a machine serial number?

If you press and hold the top right button on the monitor, key on, when the default display comes on, release the button. Press the menu button, scroll to service menu and select, then to troubleshooting and select. What codes do you have if any?

Will any other function work if you hold it long enough?

What MPa/psi did you have at the pilot caps?
