There’s an issue because we’re not getting any return oil on the hydraulic steering pilot control circut. The other pump is working fine for the gear pump . So my best guess is that there’s something backing up one of those valves for the travel . Everything works it just won’t move . It builds pressure and then as soon as you hit the lever it drops . It shows we have too much pressure . When we tested it .
