Komatsu PC360LC-10 regen issues

Looking for some in-site, I have a Komatsu pc360 -10 that will not auto regen. If you go into the service menu it will go into manual stationary one.

Current codes:

CA1921- KDPF soot load high error 1
CA2639- Manual stationary regen request

The KDPF is newer. It has maybe 1000hrs on it. The engine was just rebuilt for piston failure which is a common issue with the -10’s. Turbocharger was replaced at this time. And the wiring harness on the whole machine has been replaced as well.

Are those codes accompanied by a red E. That would indicate that they're active. If they're inactive, uou should be able to forve s service regeneration.
