The keys contain an immoboliser - you can program a new black key yourself if you have the original RED master key and a blank spare.

Sounds like you probably only have a normal black key, so a Kubota dealer is your best bet as they will have to find the immoboliser code linked to the machine serial number and program you a few spares.
