Kx121-3 slow hydraulics

I've been battling slow hydraulic issues. Changed fluid,filters. No matter how much force is put on the joysticks the boom only travels slow speed. It makes when wonder if the load sense is not working like it should. I've read on another post about load sense orifice on the control valve. But I cannot locate that? Can't find anything I'm the manual.
