399 a month is not bad for this machine...the 400 hour a year limit is a problem tho. bobcat would prolly charge you 600 a month but you would have unlimited hours.

Over 5000 due at closing. I am sure that is not too far off of what the terms would be if you bought the thing for 60 months, putting the same 5000 down. Pluse you get to keep the thing after the loan.
