VT LeeBoy bought the intellectual property and manufacturing rights to the PF-150B And PF-161B Blaw-Knox commerical pavers. LeeBoy formed a new division called LB Performance to market the machines.
They showed the updated (new engines, hydrostatic improvements) at CONEXPO last week along with the Blaw Knox road wideners they also bought from Volvo.
They liscensed the Blaw Knox brand to use on the pavers for five years, I think they said.
