Yes sorry for not checking in for a while, believe it or not the second ecm fuse was crammed behind the starter like someone changed the starter one time and well..... Didn't route the harness properly, some cummins celect has one some had two fueses.... I shoulda went with my gut and just kept looking for the second one to begin with
