Maiden voyage with my Case 480c. Need advice

Hi All,

Been working on the 480c over the winter and finally took her out today. One problem. The left stabilizer lever won’t budge. Originally it went up but then stopped. Now I can’t move it at all. All other levers work fine. Any one know what could be the problem?
