Found this Mattsson in Strømstad today.

Stiff frame, no articulation.
I searched for a sign on it but found nothing.
So old there is Nord-Verk on the boogie cases.
I would say around -80's. But still working for the swedish road departement.
And cept in good condition by the driver, maybee owner.
Tinted glass is a old invention by the Swedes as u can see.
Used by a asphalt company, have no clue about that special stuff on the front blade.
Is home made, but for what purpose?
