We need to salvage a bobcat 863 that has burned the two right tires. It has been sitting for several years. Is there an easy way to allow the wheel to freewheel?

it may or may not freewheel.
under the cab,
middle of chaincase,
remove the brake solenoid and mount from the chaincase cover
pull the plunger, bolt/spring and wedge
