Does anyone know of a source for UC parts for the old low track D9’s? We are looking specifically for sprocket rings and segments for a D9G/H 10.75” pitch setup. Thanks for any help in our search.

Welder Dave, that’s what we thought too. Never even imagined that it would be an issue. But then again, the last one was built in 1974, 52 years ago. And it seems that companies these days don’t support the older stuff like they used to. An example of that was, much to my surprise, GM no longer offers any parts for my 2003 Duramax. Nothing, the truck is completely out of their system, yet there are thousands of that model still on the road. Go figure

Same vintage of John Deere Skid Steer with Non- Support from Deere any more. You will buy new as far as they are concerned, and that has spurred some garbage aftermarket stuff that doesn't fit on machine and can't get your money back. Oh yes there is some that is okay but don't bank too heavily on it.
They threw into steel dumpsters 3 brand new Komatsu Dozer Exhaust Manifolds that were made totally wrong, but the pictures looked great, and they looked very well also until you tried to match to Cylinder head and found out holes 1/2 inch out. Came from China and did not get a penny back at the place I was doing a job at. Only $2500 gone.

Last week a friend of mine here in the UK was quoted £70k from Finnings for D9G track groups and segments.
ITR quoted £18k and DCR quoted £11k.
The DCR track groups and segments have been ordered with immediate availability so I’m told.

That's a lot of difference! Current exchange to dollars shows $92,816.99 to $23,867.23 to $14,585.53. Is the Cat stuff made from alien metal?

Is DCR similar to DCF/Trek? That price seems like a steal for a D9! Could order a spare set of segments just to have them.
