Data Centers for Amazon and Google going in N of here, averaging some 150-250 Truckloads of Crushed stone for footjngs and base mat per day from upwards of Three Quarry systems. Local hole has had to drop short wall five times in as many weeks for screening and crusher runs. See up is for last week, Quint Dump for a close locale company got picked off by DOT and taken to DOT Hwy Dept Yard also near for inspect and scale. Seems had 14 violations for maintenance, and was 17,000 Over Gross License weight.

Tried to play Commercial Zone card, Failed. Got to the level of measuring Bridge Formula, REGARDLESS total axle spread weight was outside bridge fornula. Licensed 80k but by formula only allowable to 71,500. That started the cascade. Short end dumps next and Quads as well All manner of rig set ups. ALL failed Bridge Formula as lengths shut it off.
Old Quads at previous employer are down to 67,800 scalable and the Tandem drop axle on that short end dump I used to drag, 73280 MAX regardless how many axles.

MO DOT Brownshirts have come to attention!!! Rules are Back On.
All that material needs drivers, when ya getting back in the saddle, or is the 7th retirement the charm?

Big trucks is what I know. HAZMAT is what I tow.
AK Trooper Dispatch from yesterday. This guy was returning from the Fairbanks Costco with a trailer and a pup. The midnight sun makes some people crazy.

Location: Cantwell, Parks Highway
Type: REDDI, Fail to Yield, CMV DUI, Assault 3rd & other charges

Dispatch Text:
On 06/19/2029 at 1648 hours the Alaska State Troopers received a REDDI report about a blue semi-truck pulling double hazmat tankers going southbound north of Healy. The truck was tailgating, flashing moose light at cars in front of it and passed dangerously causing at least one driver to take evasive action to prevent a serious injury or fatal collision. AST located the semi-truck at Mile 231 Parks Highway where it was observed tailgating other vehicles. AST initiated a traffic stop and the truck continued on for 5 miles continuing to drive dangerously while in heavy traffic and it was raining. When it stopped the driver was identified as Ryan Matheny, age 40 from Fairbanks. Investigation determined Matheny was under the influence of alcohol while operating a commercial motor vehicle and while he was hauling gasoline tankers. Ryan was arrested and remanded to FCC where he was held without bail pending arraignment for Fail to Stop at Direction of a Peace Officer 1st, Assault 3rd, CMV DUI, DUI, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangerment, operating a CMV with an Out of Service Violation due to having alcohol in the vehicle which was not on the cargo manifest. A licensed and sober driver from the same company, International Airport Services took possession of the truck.
AST is requesting any motorist who had to take evasive action due to this truck to contact AST Dispatch in Fairbanks at (907)-451-5100.
