I've looked over the section on posting picture and believe I understand how to do that in a Thread like this one but is there a simple way to do it in a PM to a single person? A guy asked me to PM him a message with a picture of a parts I need but so far I have no idea as to how to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.

PM's do not have picture posting functions. Just exchange emails and go that route.
