We are looking to buy more quads for our fleet. We have always had primarily Kenworth T800/T880s and Peterbilt 567’s with a few Mack Gu813’s. The Internationals are about $30,000 less. Are there any pros and cons with the HX620’s? They will have X15’s with Allison 4500 RDS’s

I have two and so far so good. Mine are X15 with Allison as well. No long term experience though as mine are brand new with only a couple thousand miles. My guys really like the automatic. One is 545hp and the other is 515hp according to paperwork but they both operate alike. Have them tagged for 84999 under special permit.

You ever end up with one?

I ended up running into issues with the Cummins on both. Oil leaks, and emissions sensors already. Traded them for the S13 powertrain models a few months back and the S13 is way better on fuel and so far no trouble. Rest of the truck is real nice.
