Questions on 2 hydraulic filters on Takeuchi TL140? Type of oil?

The line filter under the cab is a horziontal small element and the return filter is a large screw on. Does both of the filters need to be changed at the same time? Does the line filter under the cab run a high pressure?
The "Operators Manual" says to use 10W-30 or 40W API-CD motor oil in the hydraulic system. Is this oil i bought ok?

Oil is fine. I use a TO4 10w in mine, but, they all came with 10w30 like you bought.
I change both of those filters every 1000hrs.
The cartridge filter is pilot pressure from the front most pump (little gear pump).
