Random weak hydraulics on startup (kx121-3)

My Kx121-3S will just randomly start up and have almost no hydraulic power. It will lower raised implements and extremely slowly open and close the thumb or curl the bucket if it’s in the air. It can sometimes be fixed by shutting it off and restarting with just the right safety handle up or letting it sit for a half hour. It might just be coincidence but most of the times it has happened were when it was started on a slope. Hydraulic oil is full(slightly overfilled). I’m stumped

I’ll have to check. Would that be consistent with it doing this on random, but working perfectly most the time?
