Relay, fuse locations and wiring diagram for Injector Circuit

1995 International 9200 Water Truck
Vin # 2HSFMAHR4SC012595

This truck has no power to fire the injectors and the cover for the fuse and relay box is missing for the location of the relays and fuses. Truck is too old for Diesel Repair to give me any information. If anyone could help that would be appreciated.
